We all make mistakes and should you wish to return your Pearsons purchase to us we will be happy to receive it. All we request is that you return the purchase in the same condition as it was sold, have a valid receipt and it is within 28 days of purchase. Purchases returned without a receipt will be reimbursed, at the stores discretion, with a Pearsons Gift Voucher or an exchange at the current selling price. Please note certain merchandise is unable to be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

A deposit of 25% is normally required to confirm the order. This deposit is refundable should the goods fail to be delivered, but an administration charge may be deducted for any costs incurred prior to cancellation. The balance of the payment is to be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. If payment is overdue, Pearsons reserve the right to levy an administration charge for each day the balance remains outstanding and for reminder letters sent.
